Next, cool off in the red and mysterious waters of Caño de San Joaquín, followed by a two-hour journey to visit the Venado community. As evening falls, we’ll return to Remanso for another night’s stay.

Early in the morning, you will enjoy breakfast at our lodge. Then, embark on a 150 km journey up the Orinoco River, arriving in Inírida after approximately 3.5 hours. Depending on the day and airline availability, you may fly back to Bogotá in the afternoon. If flights are not available, our team has arranged visits to the indigenous community of El Coco. Here, you can see ancient rock petroglyphs and witness the confluence of the dark waters of the Inírida River with the clear waters of the Guaviare River at the birthplace of the Estrella Fluvial de Inírida. You will stay overnight in a hotel in Inírida, preparing for your flight back to Bogotá the following morning.
